The ph number is stuck in a loop! The online website banking doesn’t update on the weekends and they do not reimburse overage fees from an archaic system! Do not not open an account in this inept operation of a bank!! The customer service however is five stars and the workers on the front line are awesome. Management is the weakness at the operational level!
