      I have a vehicle financed with this company and for the 1st year of my loan had nothing but great service with them. My family has recently fell on difficult times and they for the most part have been helpful until the last couple months. They have put in incorrect promise dates for payments leading to my vehicle being disabled. Whenever you call to find out what’s going on, they have an attitude. I’ve told them to look at my payment record and that you’d see that I almost always pay my installments on Saturdays or Mondays, never on Thursday 🤯😡. I was considering paying off my vehicle at tax time and trading into a newer car with them, but now am seriously second guessing that idea. Also the insurance package that they offer with their vehicles isn’t worth the paper it’s written on as they send you to a repair shop that is contracted with them and they claim it’s not covered under the plan🤥🙄
