  Mrs. Shelia is simply a delightful lady. She was so very kind and attentive and extremely helpful and has a beautiful smile. She made our visit very welcoming and I felt taken care of. She’s a boss lady.

  The online banking to make payments on an auto loan is non-existent and the drive thru process is consistently slow. In other words, making monthly payments on loans is very inconvenient and out-dated. It’s literally the only check I have to write every month. BUT, the 1.99% interest rate keeps me coming back.

We apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced in our drive thru, but we want to make you aware that New Horizons CU does offer a variety of ways to pay your loan, so you don’t have to visit a branch. We offer many ways to pay your loan online. When you sign up for Online and Mobile Banking, you can make transfers from your NHCU checking or savings account to your NHCU loan. We also offer Bill Pay so you can set up electronic payments to your NHCU loan. This feature can be accessed through Online and Mobile Banking after you enroll through our website. You can also pay your loan through our Voice-24 feature. You can enroll in this feature by calling our Member Services Center at 251-316-3240 Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm so they can assign you a unique Voice-24 access code. This feature lets you pay your loan through the phone without the need to visit a branch. We also have the option to drop off your loan payments at any Night Drop Box at our branches. These Night Drop Boxes are checked Monday- Friday at 8:30 am to process any payments that were dropped off.
