Do not do business with this company. They are unethical and unprofessional. I pawned by Chanel bag, paid all the interest fees and when it was time to pick up my item it could not be found. Roni assured me that if my bag could not be found he would buy me a new bag. Its been one year and I am still getting the run around. I called the office numerous amounts of times and the receptionist can never give me an answer. This is not unfair, I paid all the interest and owed them nothing. Then I found this article on the internet: The business is suspected of letting crooks fence goods, law-enforcement sources said. Owner Roni Rubinov declined to comment Sunday. The AG's Office did not respond to a request for comment, while the NYPD said the investigation is ongoing. That has nothing to do with me, I need to be compensated for my item.
