      Just called their customer service number and spoke with Jason Smith or that’s what he said he’s name was and he was flat out lying to me !!! You can’t trust a bank that is represented by liars !!! Worst experience ever. The sad part as well is when you call it seems you are speaking to a person that can not do anything at all. The physical banks open later compared to others so if you neee help good luck. I would have stayed with a commercial bank if I would have knew this. Worst ever.

      This bank is the worst. It has no customer service, not joking when you call you call why seems like a fourth party the call center can literally do nothing at all they aren’t even pet of the bank so you definitely don’t get help from them. And all the bank all open later compared to a normal bank. This finical institution is horrible extremely horrible I thought Wells Fargo was bad New Mexico Bank and Trust took it to a new level. Good luck if you try calling. Atleats at a bigger bank when you call someone will answer and their call centers have some power to do things. Do NOT Get a bank account here. It actually seems like it’s run by 15 year old kids.
