      They told me that my account is closed because l dont have money

      Allows customers identity to be stolen. What gets me is when I hear from a family member that you allow my elderly family member to get her identity stolen. You look at my family member and not the elderly family member who has banked with this bank for 40 years get taken advantage of. As someone who works in the banking industry the amount of banking laws that is being violated with red flag laws and allowing this to occur. Do your employees not get what occurred violated federal laws with RED FLAG rules against identity theft? Shame on you and yes I have to report your bank to the feds.
