Concepcion, the Manger of the N. Main location, is misleading and coercing customers into purchasing an optional Motor Club subscription by telling them it is a REQUIREMENT which i totally incorrect. Concepcion is doing this by issuing the instant loan deposit before having customers sign loan documents and disclosures. She is taking advantage of people in need during these trying times. What is occurring there is similar to the Wells Fargo CPI Class Action Lawsuit that was just settled. This needs to be addressed and personnel and NMCC on N. Main in Las Cruces, NM need to conduct themselves with integrity and per the New Mexico Lending Laws.
