      Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. After an extended period of time of not hearing anything I called and was promised 3 days in a row it would be ready that next afternoon. After another 2 weeks the response from Diane was "I dont know what to tell you, have you tried a different company" oh my dear I am now! I understand the COVID issues and the family matters that popped up. But that by no means means to ignore the customer, lie to the customer and berate the customer. Never NEVER will i do business with them again.

      Closing with NM Land & Title Co was the worst experience I have ever had when purchasing a home. They are unprofessional, unresponsive, and failed to give me copies of MY title paperwork. I won't even start on the Home Warranty payment! I even tried to work with the Vice President of the company and received the same level of unresponsiveness from him. Very disappointing. I gave this company 1 star, as I am unable to give anything lower than that.
