  I have been working with MFA as a lender for 5 years. They have been a pleasure to work with. The MFA Programs allow first time buyers and repeat buyers to purchase a home with down payment assistance and this allows for borrowers to gain "The American Dream" of homeownership with assistance. I will continue to send my loans to MFA.

  I have a question about the NM Mortgage Finance Authority when I got this loan and another loan for my house, my understanding was if I live in my house for 10 years I wont have to pay this loan which is not that much but I still wonder if this is true or why they have not contact me yet for this loan? When I check my credit to see how my stuffs are going it says I am on time paying for this loan which I haven't pay for anything yet so I am confuse.
