Understaffed and overworked staff had to take off in middle of week so looked stupid selling the vehicle and not being able to give them the title til she was back from vacation. She was rude when I picked up the title when she returned. Made almost $800 on a $3000 loan. Taking advantage of people in a blind is why I get the term loan shark associated with all these places.
