      Only been a customer for about a month; setting up my account was easy & very pleasant teller. Never any issues (use ATM or windows 2-3times a week) until this week I stopped by needing assistance getting my mobile/online banking up & running. The website said ask representative or customer service for assistance but the young blonde at the window just kept repeating you have to go online even after I said 3-4times I tried even the site said I needed assistance! But like said I just got the same answer along with a dumbfounded look. Should've asked for another person but just left.

      Hardly will give you a loan with average credit, getting your money back when there's fraud takes weeks and there's so many hoops to jump through it isn't worth it, the 24 hour line also does not work after calling multiple times. Only upside I've had is customizing my card but that's not worth all this. I thought this bank was different and better but apparently I was mistaken. Will close my account soon. Hate to do that but my patience is gone. Edit: And now the entire bank and everything has been down, can't call them, locations are closed, online banking doesn't work, and their only responses are sorry for the inconvenience, it's been almost 3 whole days with very few updates despite customers begging for them. This is a horrible bank and I will be leaving it no question now.
