  If I could give 0 stars i would . Janette chacon was our loan officer. She ran my credit we were working with her , the market is very crazy right now i submitted many offers and still no luck . Not even a month with working with her and she lost patience. Since day 1 she would messed up alot on my prequal , she messed up on my name , last name , middle name , dates , numbers . Then She stop answering my calls or texts instead of telling me she not interested in working with us . She just stop answering and made me waste my time . Now i have to go with another loan officer and run my credit again because of her . I DO NOT RECOMMEND JANETTE CHACON .

  David, I am very sorry about this experience. I would be glad to talk with you and give you ideas on giving you a solid approach on a pre-qual. I prefer to get involved when offers are being reviewed by the listing agent and help them understand the strength of your loan file. Credit, assets, length on job, debt to income discussion upfront usually helps listing agents and sellers make a better choice when accepting offers.   I would have to agree with all the other reviews on this page if I could give them 0 absolutely horrible service they ask for all your personal information and then they never get back to you they need to be audited by the Better Business Bureau I don’t see how they are still in business specially having your personal and confidential information a first grader would absolutely know how to deal with this better than them very bad service service they have no clue what they are doing I’m still waiting for somebody to get back to me and this has been almost 2 months or more maybe Martin and Susie were my loan officers.

  Dear Marisol, my team and I apologize if our communication was not understood for the additional items needed for your pre-qualification of a home purchase. Down Payment Assistance types of loans require additional review for qualifying. In most cases, they limit debt to income which decreases the sales price of a home for you to potentially purchase. We are sorry that your experience didn’t match up to your expectations as this is an uncommon instance.
