      I have been banking with NYCB for years and I must say the employees inside of the branch are the best. The employee always greet me by name and with a smile. The location on flatlands Ave in Brooklyn is amazing. The manager Carol ( has moved to the one in cross bay) is so accommodating and helpful! Surge and the rest of the staff there are extremely professional and attentive at all times. As a business owner this is extremely important to me, especially in a time when customers service seems nonexistent in so many establishments. Even though I have other banks closer to me I continue to bank at NYCB because of the relationship I have built. They make you feel like family. Thank you for knowing how to treat your customers with respect and for always providing exceptional customer service! Niema
