It's always nerve-racking buying online. You don't want to get taken advantage of and you want to feel like you're actually dealing with a real person rather than some unknown body in the ether! I live in Connecticut there was no way that I could visit the store in Chicago. I was contemplating buying a Mavado that was by far the most expensive watch I've ever owned and frankly the most money that I have paid for any piece of jewelry.
