      DO NOT BUY LAND FROM THESE SWAMP SALESMAN....THE OWNER BOB LESPERANCE WILL NOT ENFORCE DEED RESTRICTIONS THAT THESE CROOKS PUT IN THE DEED .....WHY PUT DEED RESTRICTIONS IN IF YOUR NOT GOING TO ENFORCE.......GUY PUT A INDUSTRIAL PUBLIC GARBAGE DUMP aka SCRAP YARD ON A RESIDENTIAL USE ONLY PROPERTY AND LESPERANCE LIED TO ME AND DID NOTHING ....NOT EVEN SENT OWNER A CEASE AND DESIST LETTER......OWNER IS A PIECE A GARBAGE JUST LIKE THE LAND HE PAWNS OFF
