      Initiallly, my experience was very good. I secured a 90 day lock on interest rate and everything seemed to progress normally. However, when my home was inspected and certified for occupany. NewDay USA had not arranged an arraiser for the closing. With this delay of over a week the closing was delayed and my 90 lock in interest rate expired and NewDay USA would not extend the rate lock even they were responsible for the delay. My interst rate was increased over 1% at closing causing resulting in a signficant financial long term cost to me.
