      We are incredibly extremely upset at NewFed. There is a complete lack of consideration for peoples hard-earned money. NewFed is non-responsive when it comes to accepting and processing principal payments. We have lost around a thousand dollars paying interest as they have been non-responsive for 2 months, keeping us from making a principal payment and now the past 2.5 to 3 weeks as we wait for them to process it.

      This place is a scam. They won’t let me make payments over the bare minimum. Can’t make principal payments. I’m losing hundreds of dollars every month paying interest!! Their customer service keeps telling me they’re busy and will call me back… no one calls me back! My contract says I can make principal payments. This place is not allowing me! I will be reporting this lender.
