      Fast, friendly, non judgmental service. They give 110% even to people who do not bank with them! Thank you Diane & the other ladies for taking the time to help with one of the biggest & most important chapters in my life!

      They dont stop someone from stealing money from your account even when they know its a fraudulent transaction, they wait conveniently until your account drops below a certain amount, then charge $5 from your account. They consistently change their weekend schedule IE: Friday 3pm to Monday is one working day so they can charge bogus overdraft fees of $35 and the debit Visa's dont work at Wawa PNC machines and they refuse to correct the problem.

      Local bank... I actually closed my account 12 years ago or so because a teller kept stealing money and I knew she was and I wasnt crazy my account wasnt adding up or when I cashed checks things were funny. Long story short my mom recently told me I was not crazy and they did fire that teller and she was stealing. But because I was 18 at the time her supervisor tried to treat me like I was young and dumb. Its obvious that local small banks just dont have the security to watch their own employees. Also you can get better rates at pnc and other banks. If your local and never plan on leaving this local area or traveling and dont care for quality.. by all means this is the bank for you.
