Full disclosure first. I'm a shareholder of this bank's stock. I'm not compensated by the bank in any way . They barely know me, although I have called the bank a couple of times just to get a feel for the people working there. My impression is these are hard working country folks doing things the old fashioned way. Newport TN only has a population of around 7,000 and this bank has 3 branches and the most depositors of any bank in the city. They've been serving the area since 1934. I'm confident that if I was a resident of the area that this would be my bank of choice. As a stock holder I'm confident my investment is in good hands. That said, as you can see I still do not give it 5 stars because I've never actually been in the bank - even though I suspect its a fully 5 star worthy establishment.

This is hands down the best bank in Newport TN! The staff is professional and friendly and there to help you with all your banking needs! I needed to get a form notorized and within 2 minutes of entering the bank the notory met me at the desk, signed, stamped, and i was on my way! No charge for bank members! Amazing! Would recommend this bank to anyone and everyone! They treat you like you're more than a customer, they treat you like family! I love all of you and I am very glad that you are my bank!!
