This is the worst place you can go to in Vegas . The service people don’t help with nothing . All they do is lie lie lie don’t go try n get a car from them if you a woman n you our black they will play you like a slave. Worst place I ever dealt with in my life very very very unprofessional. Money hungry poor poor communication. They tell you nuthin wrong with ur car even when the car ain’t comin on to them ain’t nuthin wrong they want you to pay for tow trucks after tow truck cause they didn't do they job the first time. I truly truly dislike this place n the service workers.

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE !!!! My very first encounter with Newport started way back in 2015 when they tried to sell me a car with a corroded battery and a blown gasket! Fast forward to 2022 , my car dealer uses Newport as their 3rd party mechanic. Service advisor Amber was assigned to assist me,my experience with her HORRID ! No clear communication & VERY unprofessional! In addition from diagnosing my car with transmission issues i was told it was driveable , in which it wasn't (hence me being stuck on the 215). Newport offered to tow my car back to their shop as a courtesy , AMAZING i thought since im in the Summerlin area , low and behold the tow truck driver didnt come in the timeframe he was expected to come and also TOWED MY CAR WITHOUT THEY KEY , which delayed my service a week , ok .. moving forward the BRAND NEW transmission Newport ordered was faulty . Ok , stuff happens , i was promised all these dates to find out NEWPORT LEFT MY CAR AT NISSAN and that is why NO CLEAR COMMUNICATION was being provided by Amber .(My advisor from my dealership had to physically go down to Newport to get an updated status!) In addition to that my dealership was not aware of any of these unfortunate events and now here we are a MONTH later i still have no car and now Nissan has to finish a job Newport was supposed to complete ! All around this place is VERY unprofessional , and a SCAM and i would not waste my hard earned money on a place that allows its employees to answer the phones with music blasting in the back and answering as if its their personal line . Newport left a VERY bad taste in my mouth and i WILL NEVER RETURN Thanks for NOTHING Amber & Newport ( only 1 star because i couldnt leave 0)

Hello Torri, Although we are scheduling 1-2 weeks in advance during this busy season, we agreed to inspect your vehicle with one day notice. When you arrived on 6/17/22, you made it very clear you could not be without a vehicle. When you were told you needed a transmission, you asked to continue driving until repairs were approved and parts arrived since you had already been driving the vehicle in the condition it was in. When your vehicle broke down completely over a week later we came to your aid again offering a courtesy tow. (40+ miles at no charge). I do apologize for the miscommunication regarding the timeframe of the tow, and the fact that the driver didn’t verify that the key was where you said you had left it, inside the car, before towing. Now, even though it took you several days to bring the keys to us so we were able to complete repairs, we were still on schedule to meet promise times. Once transmission was installed, it was then taken to Nissan for programming. The CVT transmission purchased, NEW, from Nissan was defective and would not program. Your vehicle was never LEFT at Nissan. The parts warranty was being processed and Nissan asked for more time and information. It’s not everyday you receive a defective unit from the manufacturer. Stuff happens, like you said. It wasn’t until we went to pick-up your vehicle and replacement transmission, that we were told you DID NOT want us to complete, and requested that Nissan finish the job. Furthermore, Amber is required to report any and all information to the selling dealer. Then, your dealer reports to you. I did verify communication and timeline. We take pride in excellent customer service. We service several hundred vehicles from the dealership you purchased with no issues. I’m disappointed your perception is otherwise. I wish it never happens to you but are main goal was to service you properly Thanks
