      We had an issue with our insurance not transferring over to Newrez once our loan was bought out from a previous lender. We received a notice of cancellation from our insurance company and immediately jumped on this by calling Newrez to get it resolved. My husband and I were extremely skeptical due to the reviews for Newrez across the board. We predicted this issue was not going to be resolved easily; however, we had the pleasure of speaking with Alexandra Johnson whom was absolutely amazing with assisting us. She was patient, courteous, professional and overall excellent customer service! Needless to say our issue was resolved within the duration of the call. We are extremely satisfied with how this issue was handled.
