NewRez LLC purchased our home loan from our original loan company. Shortly after they declined our current flood insurance policy and forced us into a much higher policy than the state of Florida requires. Higher than legal limits. They also had us in forbearance during Covid and we never missed a payment or were we late. When we went to refinance and get away from these crooks it showed up on our credit stopping us from refinancing. These people are flat out criminals. They make up their own rules and make you live by them. My insurance agent told me of 6 similar cases just like mine. STAY AWAY!!!! ZERO STARS!!!
