  I really love this company! They worked sub yo to sun down to make sure we got our home. Remington Hendrix and Tommy Hendrix -Brown personally handled everything. Thank you Remington for showing us this house and being the best at what you do. Tommy thank you for helping us improve our credit and working overtime just to make our dreams come true. Regardless of how many rejections and delays that came about, you all still believed with us and remain positive. We appreciate the updates, the love and the family that we gained. We love you guys. We recommend you to anyone. May God bless you all and the Nexa team richly and enlarge your territory.

  Broker Tommy Hendrix-Williams out of Jonesboro, AR, upon receiving constructive criticism via Google Review, published a client’s financial information via Facebook where her name and identifiable images were not redacted. Gross violation of the signed privacy policy and a breach of fiduciary duty. Federal and state complaints have been or are in the process of being filed and are pending investigation.

  Buying a home is one of the most important decisions a person can make. Please do yourself and your family a favor and stay away from this company. This was the absolute worst experience of my life! Being a first time homebuyer, I put blind faith into Tommy Hendrix-Brown. He hardly ever communicated and the information he did provide was not the same information he provided to my realtor. On December 15, I was told that the appraisal had been ordered (closing was still set for January 17). Much to my surprise, I received a call from Tommy on January 14 telling me that I had not even been approved by a lender. Once a lender was found, in a short period of time, Tommy claimed that it spent 11 days in underwriting and even admitted that it only takes 24-48 hours. I ended up having to let the seller out of the contract due to this negligence. **Per the response below, I was provided with 1 option...coming up with $5,300 for a down payment. This is something that should have been disclosed from the beginning. Another broker gave me that feedback within 24 hours of application. No response was given because one was not needed at that point.**
