  Gwenn provided me with one of the most exceptional customer service experiences I have had in recent memory! I’m not usually much of a review person but wanted to be sure that people who read reviews are aware of how outstanding the service was that I received when working with Gwenn. It was a very time-sensitive situation and Gwenn bent over backwards to work within difficult time constraints and difficult financial constraints to assist me with obtaining a preapproval letter so that I could place an offer on the home of my dreams. Without Gwenn‘s can-do attitude, I would not have been able to place the offer. At one point, we thought it would not be possible to put financing in place in time to obtain a preapproval letter, but Gwenn continued to work after we hung up and called me back a short time later to share a solution she had thought of. She put me in touch with someone who also bent over backwards to assist me and it says a great deal about Gwenn‘s reputation that this new individual was so willing to work with me on such a tight time deadline and such difficult constraints based on Gwenn’s referral. If you need someone who can get things done for you and is smart, courteous and solution-oriented, I would recommend Gwenn without hesitation! I can’t thank her enough for what she did for me !

  Gwenn was a pleasure to work with from the very first phone call. She is extremely informative and generally a great person. Knows her stuff. She had great insight and gave excellent suggestions to make our home purchase a lot easier and less stressful here in Appleton, Wisconsin. Recommend Gwenn to all who need help with their lending aspect when purchasing a home in the Appleton area.

  Gwenn was amazing! She was so informative, patient, and understanding. We did not have a very high credit rating and were having a bit of a hard time finding a loan company to work with us. Being an Army vet, I was also trying to get a VA Home loan (my second one), and she was able to find a mortgage company to work with us, AND at a reasonable rate! We hadn't had our own home (been living with family) for a couple of years, so this was HUGE for us. She is so genuine and does everything she can to help get what is needed. Thank you SO much Gwenn, you will always be my first go-to if I ever have a mortgage question or need!
