      Its not Nexbank's fault that the entire industry got backed logged. Its nothing short of supply demand. Our industry has seen the highest levels of demand during a time when we have all been dealing with COVID remote workers etc. I am not saying they are perfect, no company is, but as far as customer service they have been a terrific company to deal with
