My wife and I bought a 2017 Tacoma SR5 access cab from NexGen Motors two years ago (June 20202), just before used vehicle prices and demand, esp for trucks and SUVs, increased. Great timing on our part! At just over 22k miles, barely used as far as Tacomas go. My wife hesitated over purchasing a salvage title, but then the price savings and the many favorable reviews for NextGen persuaded us. A little over two years and 30k+ miles later, I'm happy to report that Tacoma works no differently than any other used Tacoma. We go up rutted jeep roads, camp out of it frequently, and a reliable vehicle for our needs. We use it for backcountry access nearly every weekend with no issues. The purchasing experience at NextGen proved straightforward, no hassle, and honest. And the vehicle, again, has had no issues. I don't expect to purchase a vehicle again anytime soon, but if we did, we would not hesitate to purchase one from NextGen again (Photos from this past year. Camper shell post-purchase).

As we pulled up, two salesmen were laughing about how a guy had just accidentally bought a car that was different from the one he test drove and wanted. That got us worried. We drove 40 minutes to look at a car on an ad that was supposed to specify if the title is branded. It did not. When I asked the salesman about it specifically, he said he didn't think it was. We found out that it had a branded title after I asked for proof of a clean title. As we were leaving, he and a couple other men on the lot were watching us and laughing. They seem like a very dishonest dealership.
