      One month without contacting me when the last message I received was “ Let me check your file and the deletions made and I'll know if we disputed them before.” I would’ve opened my account back up if someone contacted me and asked me to. Do your research before you speak. I have my receipts. (Update) Had an issue with my credit. I contacted the guy (Rafael) to help me with this. If I don’t message him, I will never get a response. It’s been a month and still haven’t heard anything back. This lack of communication has left a bad impression. I’ll go with someone else who can assist me further. I guess they just wanted to message me several times for a good review (which I gave) but after that I was left looking foolish.

      We have tried to reach out to you multiple times to get your issue fixed and you have not responded to any of our calls or text messages. We also asked you to activate your account with our preferred credit monitoring platform so we can review your file and see what was going on with those new accounts. You failed to activate your account because you said it was too expensive. Our hands are tied and there is nothing we can do if you don't do what's necessary for us to perform our job. This really has nothing to do with our services nor the work that we do. We know we did a great job on our end. Your Fiancé and you were able to buy a house because we repaired both your credit files and made it happen for you two!
