  Jackie and her team worked tirelessly to help my family find the best rate to refinance our house. She was able to help us walk through the process at our own speed, explained the different options, and patiently served our needs as if we were her own family.

  Would not recommend. NextGen was difficult to work with throughout the process. NextGen consistently underwhelmed, blamed everyone else for issues that were theirs, and led to a late closing. After the fact, a year later, my insurance stopped getting paid from escrow. I called to ask why and was told to contact NextGen. They said they’d take care of it then ghosted me. No response. This led to them securing a new insurance policy on my behalf. I still can’t get ahold of the lender, the mortgage broker ghosted me (NextGen), so now I’m trying to secure help from a different broker. My business matches investors to loan officers and realtors…NextGen was the worst experience I’ve had yet. Cannot emphasize how important it is to go with a different brokerage.

  We were working with Next Generation Home Loans for almost two months before we had to go with someone else. I'm only leaving two stars because we did not lose any money in the deal.
