We are very unhappy with the agent we got from this company. Not only did she never send me comps I would ask for on houses to know what we should offer, but there were several times that the agent made snotty comments to me for no reason. It was very clear all she cared about was getting her commission and not about the wellbeing or concerns of her clients. My grandparents sold and bought a house last year through Next Home with a different agent and also had a horrible experience. They were rude, got way lower for their house than what it appraised for and the agent didn't even give them time to find another home before getting them pushed out of theirs. It appears that these agents are concerned about one thing, themselves. None of my family will be working with Next Homein the future.
