  The NFM team went above and beyond all of our expectations throughout our loan process. CJ was very informative, to the point where he was answering my questions before I even had to ask them. This was our third home purchase and by far the most stressful for us. We are so thankful we had a lender we could trust, which in itself is priceless. Their immense knowledge and attention to detail ensured a smooth funding of our loan. If you are looking for a lender that will have your best interest in mind and genuinely cares, look no further. Highly recommend!

  I had a overwhelmingly positive experience with the NFM team. When I first began speaking with Rich I was in no position to purchase a home,. I lacked the credit history or score to have lenders look in my direction. Instead of writing my family off and looking in another direction for a quick turn around, Rich took the time to educate me in quick ways to raise my credit score and get a financial resume with some merit. With the help of Rich, Cj and the rest of the NFM team I went from filing bankruptcy to closing on a house in 2 years. The house buying process is admittedly a stressful one, but at no point did I feel like I was doing it alone. When things got confusing I was able to reach out and I would get a answers. I work incredibly long hours and they would return after hour calls every time. Cj came to the closing and walked me through every piece of paper I signed. I can confidently say that if I did not have the NFM team recommended to me two years ago I would not have been in a position to own a house today. I can not recommend the team enough and when my family out grow this home. The NFM team will be the team helping me buy my next home. I can not recommend them enough.   I worked with Nick at the NFM team on my second home purchase and they blew my first lender out of the water. They were always quick to reply and on top of everything we needed, a really amazing team full of hard workers.
