  Mario Cua and his team are nothing less than spectacular at what they do. As a Realtor in such a fast paced market, it is so very important to work with a lender who is ready and willing to speak to you and your client at all hours (INCLUDING nights and weekends). Mario has continuously made it a point to make himself available for all parties involved in a transaction. He strives to assure everyone is on the same page and understands every step of the process to home ownership. With fantastic rates and extremely competitive prices, it is a no brainer to work with NFM Lending and Mario Cua's Team. Thank you guys for your fantastic services.

  We refinanced with NFM recently & worked with Tabatha Burton as our loan officer. During the process, she told me I would pay for the home appraisal upfront, but that when we closed, I would be refunded for the appraisal. We closed at the end of June, by mid July I hadn’t received anything so reached out to her to check the status. She informed me the refund would be coming from the appraisal company. So I guess it was up to me to reach out to them. I called the appraisal company, she was very nice and said yes she can see where they received my payment, but the refund should come from NFM if that’s the agreement we had. So I tried reaching out to Tabby again, unfortunately she just quit responding to me which is extremely unprofessional and I feel that I was completely misled by her. So I reached out to the only other person we worked with through NFM explaining the situation to her. She was very nice/helpful with trying to help me but it really wasn’t her problem to fix. She passed the issue along to management and was told they would reach out to me via phone call. It’s been over a week and I haven’t received any phone calls. I’m really disappointed with the entire situation. It’s not right to promise false things and then just cut off contact now that we’ve closed. I will never recommend NFM lending to anyone.

  Already had a fantastic time with Andy and the team but this is just cream on the very top. One of the best groups ive worked with in ages.
