      This was the easiest and fastest real estate transaction I have ever experienced. It went flawless during a time when I was super busy at work and thought I would not have the time but Chris and his team made it so simple.

      Beyond horrible! As someone living on investment income, mortgage acquisition can be a bit more precarious, understandably. But after receiving reassurance and explicit affirmation that our loan was approved and clear, after submitting all required documents, we were literally informed on the day of closing that they would not be able to do it. Seriously, the day of closing!! Two days before closing we suddenly received a request for a letter from our CPA to state that we would not be subject to early withdrawal penalty on distributed income. Even after providing IRS documentation regarding current law that we would not be, they still demanded the letter. Basically asking our CPA to predict the future, which no CPA in his right mind would do. What was most galling was their insistence at the end that they had done everything right. If they had done everything right we would have closed on the property.
