      Definitely would rethink using this company for a flex insurance plan. Have called multiple times about receipts/purchases. Was told the everything I bought would be reimbursed by one of their employees (no names mentioned)--NOT. Every thing I bought was similar to what's sold in the FSA store. What they want you to do is buy through the FSA store and pay double or triple the price you would pay if bought elsewhere. (Funny thing is they said they wouldn't even use the store because of the prices.) Lost money because they kept stalling in reimbursement. Glad I reduced my Flex plan for this year. But never will buy it again. Haven't heard back about anything and today was the last day! Not happy at all!
