      They are rude people and i have tried every month to pay want o said I would however their web sight to pay is allessed up wont let you pay so they twll you to goventh.your bank card and the code and expiration date llike that will happen so i will.pay while incheck in to this loan. It was for 650 a gas stove i purchased from thwm now they say i owe 1990.00 I told aw they could come and get the stove it was not worth 650

      I live on the West Coast and had made arrangements for a payment on a certain day. The company failed to inform me that they are on the Easy Coast, my bank flagged the charge as fraudulent because it was out of state. The office has a rule they cant call before 8:30. I started getting a call at 6:45AM. I gave them my payment info a second time thinking maybe she got it wrong the first time. It declined again and I had to unflag it with my bank, to which then they called again and said I called in time to avoid a fee charge for the decline. If the agent would have told me they work on East Coast we would not have this problem and it would be courteous for them to keep in mind the time difference and that some people sleep at hours and we cant always call back right away and threatening me over it is uncalled for because I couldnt answer my phone the second they called.
