If i could give negative stars i would. This place is a joke. I was late on 1 or 2 payments due to medical problems. Stated they would work with me. My car got repoed and when i just called main office they tell me my car was sold gor 2000. I asked for them to send me info on it. They had my old address at where my mom works in the office so all my mail would be forwarded to me. When i told the man to send it thete he refused anf said he will not do THAT. Well hell they knew w e re my car was at my new address so why not send me what it was paid for. This place is a complete rip off with high financing and they put you in what they WANT...a POS...DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL

About 10 or 11 years ago I got a car a Chevy HHR.Then I was late on a payment the lady would call my phone and leave voicemails about coming to my house and banging on door..(I wish she would of)anyway I ended up returning the car..didnt want to deal with hassle .sometimes being late happens ya know...well just today I found out they have garnished my wages for a car I returned to them 10 or 11 years ago...calling a lawyer..0 stars they are scum..it was the office on carrel corner in ft.myers
