      Didn’t work out for me. I explained my bad credit financial situation and they told they are fine with the low credit score as long as I can put 10% down payment and a good employment history. Took all information from me and ran my credit inserting an inquiry on my report and later denying the loan saying I have bad credit. Won’t recommend.

      12 years ago I bought my first home and used Nichols. This last year I bought a new home and went back to them. I was very pleased because they had given me so many different options and found the best one for me. They also made buying a home so easy, they get most of the work done electronically and did a lot of the follow up themselves. I would highly recommend using them, in fact my friends and family have always provided repeat business to Nichols. I'm about to do some more investment property purchases and will be back to see them soon!
