  Extremely Professional and they go above and beyond to help in anyway they can. Teri is so caring and knows her business. I fell on hard times and she was a true blessing to me and my family. It helped us out tremendously and they are so appreciated. The interest is high but when your down on your luck and credit score is not the best that's the price you pay. I have bought several repo cars from them and they allowed me to drive wherever I chose to and brought to any repair shop I chose. They r not a dealership and have no idea what has been done to the cars from angry customers that didn't pay their note and yes if u don't pay u don't drive so it's on you if u buy a car Blindsided and don't have it checked B4 buying. All collectors give customers more than enough time to pay or make arrangements before repossession and even after repossession they still give u a chance to pay before they sell it. The staff is always friendly and willing to help in anyway they can. I recommend Nick Arnones to anyone and will continue to use them anytime I need some assistance.

  I’ve been calling for days to get a copy of my lien release... several times a day I speak to people who tell me they’ll get their manager right on it. Yet here I sit, without so much as an email or returned call.

  There are some individuals within in this business that actually keep it honest with customers and then there are some who are just out for themselves. I have encountered flirtatious behavior, and none the less overpriced junk. If we are going to be professional be professional all around. Business is business!!! Will not recommend.!
