Our business was with M Bank for years and we were happy. Since the Nicolet take over I can't even get anyone to answer the phone. Seems like a real lack of attention to customer service

I worked with John H. In the eagle river branch, new construction loan and he was a pleasure to work with. He kept me in the loop through the entire 12 months and personally helped out when I encountered bumps in the road. I think banks are banks but John made it personal and I truly believe he was on my side. Highly recommend John!!
