      I had a serious mistake to resolve with Candy who never called me back after I left a voicemail. Because i couldnt get it dealt with they coldly just kept adding fees when they said they would stop them and close out my account. Now I just owe more money than I'm supposed to. They clearly don't care about you and on top of it arent honest.

Her colleague was happy to fill in for her during the absence and had worked out a plan with you to avoid the fees. We care very much and hoped the issue would have been resolved last October.
