  Nicolet Bank is amazing. Although I was a big fan of First National Bank prior to the merging, I also have had a great experience with Nicolet. Brian Julius and Dawn Pennington are my personal favorites!! I recommend Nicolet for all your banking needs!

  I tried receiving help from this branch about my account. It was overdraferd and I didn't realize it. I had alot of fees racked up. I was not aware of. No call no letter telling me this happened. Anyway when I called to talk with a personal banker. This Stacey didn't want to listen to what I have to say, to sit down and see if there was anything you could do to help me. I was not looking for all fees to be waved just something. She goes since you said at one point you didn't know if you could have someone help you pay it. This part is where this was from a phonecall earlier and talked with someone else. She told me this other girl, that I had a deadline to pay it and then take off fees to help me. Then this Stacy, goes we have no obligation to help you. What? I said. You mean you can tell me one thing and then go um we really don't care about you so we don't want to help you. Then the branch manager says the same thing in a nicer way. So what I did was call up GreenBay Branch where I use to live and that branch of Nicolet Bank read all my notes on my account looked at everything and was so glad to help me in GreenBay. Brandon of GreenBay listen to me not cut me off and was snobby like Appleton. So I am posting this. If you stay with Nicolet Bank don't go to the one on Calumet. They treat you like dirt.
