We were the sellers and our buyer used this company. The delays were horrible. Closed a month later than expected. Very poor communication and follow through with real estate agents and title company. If your buyer is pre-approved with this company as the lender it would be wise to either require a different lender, refuse the offer or be prepared for costly delays in getting to the clising table.

Poor service..no regard for closing dates..poor communication. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Two families sitting on boxes waiting..last minute cancellations several times now..within an hour of the times scheduled...
