Not sure if this is a right place to leave a review here for NMAC Law Dept. Coz I am not able to reach them by phone but only by Fax.. However, No Any Response from Them for Long time! Customer service also have No right to reach them... As a customer, the only thing I can do is wait....And not able to do anything.. :(

It should definitely be possible to leave a 0/5 review. If anyone deserves it, it is definitely NMAC financial . I have never experienced such difficulty trying to pay off my vehicle. I have sent not one but two checks to the following address, Overnight delivery with tracking number to Attn: RLBX 740849, Nissan Motors Acceptance Corporation MD 1MOC1N 5050 Kingsley Dr. Cincinnati, Ohio. The original check was sent 3/8/22 and then a second check sent 4/11/22 and guess what THEY STILL HAVE NOT APPLIED IT TO MY ACCOUNT! It is now May 3. I have called every week in April ,talked to supervisors, I have filed a complaint and have a confirmation number for it, I have emailed, I even went to twitter for something anything and the only thing I have gotten is runaround and that I cannot actually speak to someone in the department that got my $12,000 check. As of May 3 I still have no answers. By looking at the rest of the reviews it is definitely a NMAC customer service issue and not a me problem. After finally receiving confirmation now I have to fight to get this negative marks off my credit report for non payment even though I have been perfect in my payments since 2018. Such a headache.
