  The company was easy to work with as far as booking and details of stay. My complaint started when we arrived at our rental. It had not been throughly cleaned there were stains on all the appliances and they had not been cleaned on the inside, tables had not been cleaned, the bathrooms still had trash in them and used soap in the shower. They sent someone back out to clean and we were not able to get in the house till after 8pm 4 hours after check in time. When we turned down the beds the sheet had not been changed they had sand, stains and hair in them. The company did nothing to compensate us for any of our trouble. I will not rent through them again. To me that shows all the care about is money and not taking care of the client. We should have at least been offered our cleaning fee back considering our 4 hour wait past check in time and having to do laundry at midnight before we could even go to bed. I feel it should have been handled differently than just an email saying they were sorry.

  Our family rented a home from No Worries in Cape San Blas, FL. Upon arrival, we entered the property to find the trash cans overflowing and reeking of a horrid rancid smell. The pool area was overgrown with weeds, the pool was discolored, and so low on water the skimmer could not function properly. As soon as we pulled under the carport, we noticed an abandoned canopy frame. Immediately (approximately 30 mins after Saturday’s check in) we called the rental agency to report our findings and were told they would notify maintenance. We were concerned the inside would be as disheveled as the outside. The inside was not as bad but there were no hand towels in any of bathrooms and one of the bathrooms had noticeable water damage in the ceiling with no attempt at repair. No one came Saturday and we did not hear from the company. We called again Sunday afternoon to inquire about if the trash cans would be emptied because of the smell and swarming bugs and the instructions explicitly states not to move them because the company does. The person who answered the phone said that someone from maintenance would be coming today (Sunday). Two gentlemen from maintenance eventually came to bring the trash cans to their designated places but regretfully explained that No Worries has another company that handles landscaping and the pool but they would contact them and see what could be done for us. We never heard anything else from No Worries or maintenance in regards to the pool. My husband and brother in law spent the better part of Sunday evening making the pool area useable for our family, which included two young toddlers. They hand pulled all the weeds and overgrowth back, borrowed a neighbors water hose to fill the pool to an appropriate level, and sprayed all the dirt, sand, and other debris off the paver stone paths, pool deck area, and carport. We received an email (no phone calls or attempts to reconcile) from No Worries on Thursday at 11 a.m. stating someone from landscaping would be coming out that day, which never happened. We will never rent from this company again. The house itself was nice enough, but you can tell the company does not take care of the property or house or maintain it to the standards I would expect for nearly $8,000 a week.
