  I am very pleased by the selma office, I am very impressed by how professional, friendly, and. Very polite everyone is,I survived a ruptured brain aneurysm and a stroke in 2014, which causes me to move slowly from time to time, I am happy how respectful they are when I have needed help with my banking needs,I especially want to thank the young man who helps at the door always keeping everyone moving along and always helps by opening the door for everyone. I highly recommend this facility!

  Rates are super high, customer service is terrible. Wish I would have got my loan through my bank. update: Do not get loan through them unless you are willing to go through hassles to make payments. Extremely dissatisfied.

  I have the worst experience with financial approval, my credit score was 685 and I was trying to consolidate and refinance my loan... The financial specialist did my application and she said that everything looks good, 2 days later she call me and said that they application was denied and her supervisor told her that, if my husband, son and me we made all the money from work !! We should be able to pay the loan... for me that was rude and unprofessional.... Special, Financials Institution like, Noble Credit Union,. They made me open a checking account to make payments and they made fraud, some inside of the branch get my information start to use to made fraudulent charges to my checking account and I'm ended paying $120 in fees trying to close my checking account and stop the fraude.
