  Very friendly people and I love the cash back with no monthly fees, but the app is horrible, even after the most recent updates. The system doesn't store the preferences of passcode or fingerprint, nor does it save the username after every session. The app has prompted me reenroll in mobile banking 19 times since I opened my checking account 2 months ago. It did the same with my old Pixel phone, my brand new Samsung phone and my son's old and brand new IPhones. So I know it's not a device issue.

  Noble Bank did not have my back during a chargeback dispute even when all my evidence was clear and they did not provide me with my options of arbitration or appealing. I had to babysit them to even get the dispute submitted to the appropriate party and then the reason given wasn't even the reason I gave for the dispute. The merchant tried to hide behind the "no refund policy" and Noble Bank pretty much helped them rip me off. If I buy a pair of 14k gold earring from Ebay and the seller sends me something from a quarter machine, that's okay? That pretty much sums up how I felt and Noble Bank confirmed that that's okay behavior for merchants. The merchant had no address or contact info to even lead on they are a real business. I guess anyone can get a card processing account and provide no information and just start running cards. If you ever need to submit a chargeback make sure you know everything because Noble wont help you. They couldn't provide me no information during the process but boy did they sure send me bills almost daily. If you total up all the paper and postage you spent sending me all those bills you'd be paid.
