      Been using their insurance for couple years and they cancelled on me during the pandemic and when we called after the pandemic to keep using their insurance they said they can’t help us cuz we got cancelled. It’s crazy how people don’t have consideration at all.

      I'm very sorry you feel this way as we do everything we can to accommodate the customer with the companies we represent. This situation unfortunately was out of our control as the company was unwilling to rewrite the policy as it was the second lapse in coverage in one year and the most recent lapse was in February, prior to the pandemic starting in North Dakota.
