      All Google shows is drive through hours and won't update lobby hours. For the record the lobby is not open until 9AM and is closed on Saturday.

      Have been using the phone app to deposit my pay checks for a few years now with no issues. Yesterday I deposited my check (Friday before Memorial day) and got a confirmation email saying it posted. Checked my balance and it did not post to my account. Called them Saturday and they said that department does not work Saturdays and will contact me Tuesday. Nice three day weekend with no money in the bank.

      Yes, I am not sure if this is the branch, but I went few weeks ago to the one between Faron and North Belt Hwy. Honestly the experience wasn’t any good. I meet a lady there named Theresa, who was completely disrespectful and obviously not professional either. She was making fun about the name of the account we were opening, because was in Spanish. And we are talking about a church, for which my church sister and I were depositing more than 40,000. Amazing…. She also made fun of my husband and I last name. I just couldn’t believe it… I don’t recommend this Bank, specially this branch to any Spanish Speaking Customers, unless they want to have the same experience.
