Hey, So in March of 2020 I filed my tax returns with Barbie. I received my state taxes but not my federal in about a month. I attempted to call Barbie several times but nobody answered the phone. I have emailed several times and she responds several days later. Barbie has been telling me that my federal tax refund has been delayed due to COVID 19. I believed it for several months. So here we are today (November 1st, 2020). I finally got someone on the phone at the IRS and they informed me that my 2019 Federal refund was processed and direct deposited on April 29th, 2020, to BARBIE ACCOUNT. I was extremely upset. I filed a fraud claim with the IRS. I'm also filing a lawsuit in Colonial Height Courts against Noebels Tax Service regarding this. I will also be contacting the BBB (Better business bureau). ~Barbie IF YOU SEE THIS I'LL SEE YOU IN COURT VERY SOON~ **PLEASE DONT USE HER SERVICE ITS A FRAUD**
