      We moved here from Colorado with approved financing for homes in Florida. We found a home in Alabama, and our real estate agent in Pensacola referred us to this company and a "local guy" who worked for them. What A Mistake. First off, we filled out the application and sent in All the paperwork he asked for, then didn't hear A SINGLE WORD from him for weeks. We tried and tried to call, but he was always "with a client" or too busy. Second, he tried to tell us we had too much debt and we explained that we had already sold our home in Colorado, but it hadn't "rolled off" our credit yet, but he gave NO MORE effort to help us! Third, they "pinged" our credit, only to turn us down for a loan. We applied for a loan with a local company, and were approved within days. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!! Stick with a local lender, so you can go see them, instead of being blown off at every turn. We bought a 180k home. THEIR LOSS!!
