      If you are considering refinancing. My advice is do not use NOLA. For me, my experience has been a nonstop nightmare. I was told in the beginning this was a 3 week process. It is now going into the 4 th month soon to be 5th and the nightmare continues. I cannot get anyone to answer the phone, no one returns my texts, e-mails, voice message, and when they send you paperwork online it’s never complete and the codes to open the pages are never included . I still have no idea what’s going on. Save yourself a ton of misery and use another company to refinance.
